Answer:<\/strong> I hold the position of East Coast Regional Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:<\/strong>\u00a0How long have you been with the company?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0I have been with the company since November 2017, nearly six year<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>What does a typical day look like for you?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0My day involves a mix of in-person meetings, video calls and communication through phone and email. I collaborate closely with clients to deliver effective conveyor product solutions, managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact, scoping works, to ongoing maintenance and support. When I\u2019m not traveling to visit clients or our CPS and Fenner facilities, I work from my home office located on the outskirts of Brisbane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>What do you find most challenging and rewarding about the role?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0One of the most challenging aspects of my role is covering a large area with a diverse customer base. Each client has different equipment, requirements, and needs, which can be demanding. Additionally, having an in-depth memory and understanding of everyone\u2019s site and conveyor systems presents its own set of challenges. On the rewarding side, seeing our products out in the field and our market share grow every day is incredibly fulfilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>Can you share a particular project you enjoyed working on, and how did it deliver value to the client?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0What I have enjoyed most is introducing my clients to a new way of thinking when it comes to conveyor components through CPS Composites. Recent case studies at\u00a0Kestrel Coal<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0Curragh Mine<\/a>\u00a0are examples of this.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>Tell us about life outside CPS. What do you enjoy doing?
Answer:<\/strong>Outside of my professional life at CPS, I enjoy spending time with our household of six, including a seven-month-old bundle of joy.
