Answer:<\/strong> International Business Manager at CPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:<\/strong> How long have you been with the company?
Answer:<\/strong> I have been with the company for nine years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>What does a typical day look like for you?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0The day often starts with digesting the various voice notes and emails from the other side of the world in Latin America. Given the 12-hour time zone difference, it often means an early start or late night to communicate with the team. In the office, my role encompasses a wide range, from finance and projects to customer-facing roles. If I could sum it up in one word, it would be \u201cVariety.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>What do you find most challenging and rewarding about the role?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0The constantly changing environment is probably the most rewarding, too, because I get to learn a lot every day. Working for a growing business exposes you to new challenges and opportunities, which teaches you a lot about yourself and others. Overall, working with a great team and company culture keeps me motivated daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>Can you share a particular project you enjoyed working on, and how did it deliver value to the client?
Answer:<\/strong>\u00a0There are many different projects I have enjoyed working on, but I would have to say the startup of Latin American operations has been a highlight. This has delivered value to multiple clients as it has allowed us to understand their operations and challenges from a localised level so we can work on effective solutions. This has also allowed us to share knowledge across borders and deliver greater value to all our local and international clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Question:\u00a0<\/strong>Tell us about life outside CPS. What do you enjoy doing?
