A pesar de estar dise\u00f1ada para ser duradera, la cinta transportadora de mineral seco generaba grandes cantidades de polvo fino, lo que provocaba aver\u00edas en los rodillos que interrump\u00edan la productividad y aumentaban los costos de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Problemas en la planta<br><\/strong>Los rodillos de disco de caucho originales especificados para la zona de retorno de la cinta transportadora presentaban un desgaste desigual y fallas en los discos, lo que provocaba sustituciones frecuentes y un tiempo de inactividad prolongado para el mantenimiento. Esto afectaba a la capacidad de la planta para cumplir los objetivos de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La soluci\u00f3n de CPS<br><\/strong>CPS llev\u00f3 a cabo una evaluaci\u00f3n detallada in situ para identificar las causas fundamentales del fallo de los rodillos. Bas\u00e1ndose en los resultados, CPS recomend\u00f3 una combinaci\u00f3n de rodillos compuestos Yeloroll HD y rodillos de disco de poliuretano (PU), colocados estrat\u00e9gicamente en funci\u00f3n de los niveles de tensi\u00f3n y el riesgo de contaminaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rodillos de disco de PU: instalados en zonas de alta tensi\u00f3n y propensas a la suciedad para ofrecer una resistencia superior a la abrasi\u00f3n, mejorar la limpieza de la cinta y reducir la acumulaci\u00f3n de material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rodillos compuestos Yeloroll HD: utilizados en secciones rectas y de baja tensi\u00f3n. Con un peso de solo 9 kg, estos rodillos mejoran significativamente la ergonom\u00eda y la seguridad durante el mantenimiento, especialmente en \u00e1reas de dif\u00edcil acceso.<br>Ambos tipos de rodillos ofrecen un peso reducido, una alta fiabilidad y una vida \u00fatil prolongada, lo que reduce los cambios y mejora la eficiencia general de la cinta transportadora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los resultados<br><\/strong>Desde su instalaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s de 200 rodillos CPS han estado funcionando en la cinta transportadora.
