These SKF Equipped products are designed to optimise conveyor performance, minimise downtime, increase reliability, and maximise productivity across various industrial applications.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Elevating Conveyor Reliability<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a recent interview with CPS and SKF, we highlighted one of our notable projects. <em>&#8220;This is the first project in the world that we&#8217;re aware of in terms of long overland conveyors using fully composite roller solutions.&#8221;, <\/em>Warren Sexton, CPS General Manager, said<em>. <\/em>This pioneering endeavour, tackling the challenges of Australian mining terrain, involved approximately 150,000 meticulously engineered SKF bearings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sexton stated: <em>\u201cLong-term reliability with SKF bearings is extremely good and often outperforms what is theoretically catalogued or possible within the industry.&#8221;<\/em> Matt Einhorn, CPS GM \u2013 Commercial &amp; Finance, also added:<em> &#8220;It\u2019s critical that we understand how the products are going to perform, and we have good confidence in the reliability of those products out there in the mining region.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reliability was accentuated further by the joint efforts of SKF and CPS in designing customised seals and grease types, as noted by SKF Australia Managing Director Simon Flint: <em>&#8220;We worked closely with CPS to design specific seals and grease types for the bearing. Combined with their housing seal design, it was a perfect match, delivering exceptional reliability.&#8221; &#8220;It&#8217;s a relationship built on trust and understanding, and we&#8217;ve always worked very closely together.\u201d, Einhorn added.&nbsp;<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sexton noted that this collaboration with SKF is <em>\u201cA flagship project for the world in terms of power consumption and tracking performance on such a long and complex geometry of conveyor systems.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einhorn highlighted:<em> \u201cAll in all, I think for all parties involved, it was a great success story.
