Achieving zero TCIR reflects the effectiveness of our safety systems and the consistent application of safe work practices across both teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is a major milestone for CPS, and a reflection of everyone\u2019s hard work, dedication, and consistency, as well as the proactive safety culture within our operations,\u201d said Max Herscovitz, CPS General Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintaining a zero TCIR requires more than meeting compliance standards. It involves a structured approach to risk management, regular training, and a shared commitment to identifying and addressing hazards early. Our teams are encouraged to report near misses, participate in safety discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership at all levels has played a key role in supporting this outcome.
