Conveyor Products & Solutions (CPS), part of the Fenner Conveyors portfolio, has been awarded a significant five-year contract to supply conveyor rollers to a valued client across its Iron Ore operations. The agreement reinforces CPS\u2019 reputation as a trusted partner and industry leader in conveyor products, with a strong track record of delivering high-performance, sustainable solutions for large-scale mining operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Partnership Built on Proven Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new agreement marks the third consecutive contract term between CPS and the client and follows a series of successful collaborations over the past eight years. This enduring relationship speaks to the confidence they place in CPS\u2019 technical capability, product quality, and commitment to continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CPS Site Support Manager said that despite significant cost pressures across the mining sector, CPS was able to offer a competitive and technically robust bid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur ability to consistently deliver engineered solutions, back them with high-level support, and respond rapidly to site requirements played a critical role in securing this contract.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One standout example of CPS\u2019s engineering expertise was its involvement in redesigning tracking frames to incorporate additional safety features. This solution not only mitigated safety risks but also earned CPS a nomination for a supplier award from the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving Sustainability Through Innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond operational performance, CPS continues to support the client\u2019s focus on environmental responsibility. During the previous contract CPS was involved a bulk roller change-out for the installation of low-noise rollers. The switch from traditional steel rollers to CPS\u2019 low-noise roller, Yeloroll-HD, has already significantly reduced sound emissions, addressing concerns over marine wildlife disruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis project is a great example of CPS and the client\u2019s shared commitment to sustainable mining. You can already hear the difference in operations, and that\u2019s only after replacing a portion of the system.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contract will also open opportunities for future site-specific improvements, including ongoing development of improved roller solutions, upgraded training frames, and new innovations to extend the life of rollers – demonstrating CPS\u2019 proactive approach to product development in alignment with client goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
