In 2018, one of the top 10 producing coal mines in Queensland producing over 8Mtpa had its existing rollers 100% converted to CPS Rollers<\/a> to address the undesirable expenses due to failed rollers.<\/h4>\n

The performance and failure rates of the installed CPS roller<\/a>s were monitored for 12 months and compared to previous rates, demonstrating a failure rate improvement from 16.10% to 0.41%<\/strong>. This equates to a reduction of roller failures from 739 down to just 19<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The site experienced an uplift in production of 900,000 tonnes<\/strong> across the observed period- at an average price of $101 per tonnes<\/strong> \u2013 which translates to a production uplift during this period of $90.9M<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Of this uplift, 750,000 tonnes<\/strong> were directly attributable to improved availability.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
