It was Christmas in July<\/strong> for our production team when this present arrived. The next CPS expansion phase kicked off last week and will be completed by mid-August increasing our production capacity<\/strong> by 50%.<\/p>\n

At CPS, we focus on working smarter not harder<\/strong> both at the Capex and Opex levels. Using the principles of Overall Equipment Effectiveness<\/strong> (OEE), CPS has been able to significantly improve both the capacity and reliability of operations. This is achieved by focusing on each element of OEE in a disciplined and systematic<\/strong> way with an inter-department team.<\/p>\n
