Mike has been steering the company's strategic direction since its inception in 2006 through to acquisition in 2022. With a focus on financial and administrative control, Mike helped lay the foundations for CPS as a leading supplier to the mining and bulk material handling industries.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Matt has been part of CPS' executive team since 2017, and today leads the Engineering division for the broader Fenner Conveyors Group. His role involves spearheading conveyor engineering initiatives and ensuring CPS continues to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs and the highest industry standards.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
