Often imitated but rarely matched, CPS Yeloroll rollers redefined materials bulk handling over a decade ago by lasting longer, failing less and working together with belts to reduce power draw, noise, material build up and improving safety. The same team that set the standard way back then have been hard at work perfecting Enduroroll, our next generation roller material specifically for heavy carryback/buildup areas, where other composite disc rollers are not achieving desired service life.

CPS Rollers | Sealed for Longer Life
CPS rollers feature our composite bearing housing (CBH) technology manufactured to a precision grip-fit to prevent creep-out, and a triple labyrinth sealing arrangement to combat contaminant ingress.

CPS conveyor rollers’ low friction triple labyrinth seal protects the SKF bearing from dirt and contaminant ingress. Together with the non-rotational flinger as an outer guard (which minimises rock jams), these two technologies combine to keep your rollers working for longer and minimising roller failures which are often a problem with older traditional rollers.
