A prominent gold mining client in northern Peru contacted CPS to request a new roller design for their 18” pebbles circuit connected to their SAG mill station. All conveyors at the station run with high degrees of humidity, resulting in advanced roller wear and reduced lifespan (the average roller life on the pebbles circuit was just one month!).

An important client in Southern Perú contacted CPS to evaluate rollers at their new oxide plant, where sulfuric acid and seawater is used in processing. These highly corrosive elements caused various failures on frames and rollers along the length of the conveyor, leading to wider operational issues.
