Posted at Julio 27, 201627 x 2252 FW 178Ø Aluminium return rollers manufactured using a high quality alloy tube. Due to the quality of our tube and housings the TIR (Total Indicated Run-out) & MIS (Maximum Indicated Slope) of our aluminium roller is naturally low. These monsters would have been 37.50kg heavier if they had been manufactured using a steel shell.
A variety of frames back from the galvanisers waiting for final QA checks and dispatch. CPS designed, engineered and fabricated.
A batch of 80 of 1400 shafts ready for assembly. The entire order dispatched for a week 32 shut-down.
