Light Weight Rollers for Heavy Duty Applications

The client’s existing heavy-duty steel rollers were not providing required reliability, causing unscheduled downtime on a critical conveyor. The 55kg steel rollers were lasting only a month before change-out and were also difficult to handle — leading to extended change-out times.
CPS engineering supplied custom Yeloroll-HD rollers which resulted in an increased roller life by more than 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬. These rollers also provided a 𝟑𝟔% 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 per roller and reduced the required manual handling hours to change them out.
