Northern Star’s Tracking Issue Resolved by CPS

Northern Star’s CV-3 conveyor now operates at peak efficiency, thanks to the expertise and dedication of the CPS team!
During an initial site visit in February 2020, CPS conducted a comprehensive engineering assessment of the CV-3 conveyor. Issues identified included a mis-aligned tail pulley, issues caused by side loading, a seized return tracker and a number of additional issues. Based on the findings from the site assessment, CPS recommended a phased approach to address the tracking issues and reset the conveyor to best practice, the full details of which you can read in the downloadable Case Study A4 linked below.
