MIKE EINHORN

Founder

Mike has been steering the company's strategic direction since its inception in 2006 through to acquisition in 2022. With a focus on financial and administrative control, Mike helped lay the foundations for CPS as a leading supplier to the mining and bulk material handling industries.

ALAN DOUGLAS

Founder

As Co-Founder and Director of CPS for over two decades, Alan has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's onward trajectory. With expertise in strategic management, Alan has been instrumental in CPS' success right up to acquisition of CPS in 2022.

MATTHEW EINHORN

Executive General Manager - Engineering

Matt has been part of CPS' executive team since 2017, and today leads the Engineering division for the broader Fenner Conveyors Group. His role involves spearheading conveyor engineering initiatives and ensuring CPS continues to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs and the highest industry standards.

WARREN SEXTON

General Manager - Operations

Warren has been a driving force behind CPS' success since joining in 2015. With a background in reliability and engineering management, Warren oversees operational excellence for the Engineering division of the Fenner Conveyors Group, ensuring manufacturing facilities are optimised, projects and customer requirements are executed seamlessly and the technical aspects of all business entities are driven effectively.

MAX HERSCOVITZ

General Manager - CPS

With a background in Finance and previous experience in multiple departments within CPS, Max drives the day-to-day operations of the company whilst maintaining long-term focus and strategy. Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with his family, surfing and all activities outdoors.

PETER COPLEY

Engineering Manager

As Engineering Manager, Peter brings nearly two decades of experience to the role. With expertise in conveyor design and project management, Peter ensures CPS delivers high-quality conveyor solutions tailored to client's specific requirements.

MICHAEL STOREY

Automations and Systems Manager

Michael has driven CPS's automation strategy and operations from its inception. His distaste for inefficiency has led him to build a multidisciplinary team to spearhead optimisation of high-volume manufacturing.

TRAVIS LEWIS

National Sales Manager

Travis has been driving business growth in aftermarket sales since joining CPS in 2017. With a dedicated focus on fostering a culture of long-term client relationships, Travis plays a pivotal role in ensuring CPS consistently delivers cost-effective and dependable solutions.

AHMAD FLEYFEL

Technical Manager

Ahmad brings over a decade of expertise to CPS. With a background in machine design, materials, and product engineering, Ahmad ensures CPS continues to deliver a portfolio of industry-leading products for our clients.

JIMMY LINDGREN

General Manager - America Latina

As the General Manager for CPS Latin America, Jimmy leads the company's expansion into international markets. With the current focus directed towards spearheading the startup and development of CPS's Latin American operations. Under Jimmy's leadership, the company aims to expand its international footprint and support sustainable growth opportunities on a global platform.
