We have a strong focus on development of our People and as such offer a wide range of training and development opportunities. Our employee development programs foster both on and off-the-job training, adopting blended learning techniques for our employees to competently execute safe work practices while manufacturing superior conveyor products.

Supervisor Development & Mentorship Program

As part of Fenner Conveyors in Australia, our CPS supervisors are supported to build and refine their leadership skills through the in-house Supervisor Development Program. This program has a focus on safety, job standard, and customer service. Our Mentorship Program assists supervisors in actioning identified areas for improvement over a 12-month period with the support of a mentor.

At CPS, we believe in the physical, mental and social wellbeing for employees, their families and communities. We support individuals through opportunities for education, sponsorships and external support programs for mental wellbeing. We have an understanding of situations and provide appropriate support in line with our company values. This support includes a dedicated confidential support line, Wellness programs, social events and managerial education.
