Executive General Manager - EngineeringMatt has been part of CPS' executive team since 2017, and today leads the Engineering division for the broader Fenner Conveyors Group. His role involves spearheading conveyor engineering initiatives and ensuring CPS continues to deliver innovative solutions aligned with customer needs and the highest industry standards.
PETER COPLEY
General Manager CPSPeter’s extensive experience and expertise in the conveyor space is thanks to two decades in conveyor design, project management and over a decade leading CPS’s engineering team. Peter’s intimate knowledge of every aspect of CPS's operations, people, and history drives the day-to-day operations of CPS while maintaining our long-term focus and strategy.

General Manager - America LatinaAs the General Manager for CPS Latin America, Jimmy leads the company's expansion into international markets. With the current focus directed towards spearheading the startup and development of CPS's Latin American operations. Under Jimmy's leadership, the company aims to expand its international footprint and support sustainable growth opportunities on a global platform.
