For non-standard applications, CPS can specially design and manufacture custom carry trackers; these may have unique mounting arrangements, clearance requirements, loading conditions, etc.
For heavily loaded conveyors, heavy-duty carry trackers can be designed and manufactured by CPS with more robust pivots, guide rollers, mounting brackets and base members. These components are sized using the specific conveyor data to ensure that the provided tracking frames are effective and built to last.

These return frames may be in areas of high belt tension, large idler spacing, adjacent to pulleys, etc. The components are sized using the specific conveyor data to ensure that the provided frames are effective and built to last.
