How it Works

The fully adjustable guide rollers on our custom engineered tracking/training frames allow them to be fine tuned to suit the severity and recurrence of misalignment issues on a belt. As the belt deviates it contacts the guide roller forcing the frame to pivot which, in turn, provides tracking forces to grip and correct the belt back in the opposite direction. On belts where misalignment is severely affected by loading points or curves the distance between the guide rollers and the belt can be adjusted to increase the sensitivity of the system.

How it Works

These return frames may be in areas of high belt tension, large idler spacing, adjacent to pulleys, etc. The components are sized using the specific conveyor data to ensure that the provided frames are effective and built to last.
