It was Christmas in July for our production team when this present arrived. The next CPS expansion phase kicked off last week and will be completed by mid-August increasing our production capacity by 50%.
At CPS, we focus on working smarter not harder both at the Capex and Opex levels. Using the principles of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), CPS has been able to significantly improve both the capacity and reliability of operations. This is achieved by focusing on each element of OEE in a disciplined and systematic way with an inter-department team.
