Light Weight Rollers for Heavy Duty Applications

The clientβs existing heavy-duty steel rollers were not providing required reliability, causing unscheduled downtime on a critical conveyor. The 55kg steel rollers were lasting only a month before change-out and were also difficult to handle β leading to extended change-out times.
CPS engineering supplied custom Yeloroll-HD rollers which resulted in an increased roller life by more than ππ’π―π ππ’π¦ππ¬. These rollers also provided a ππ% π°ππ’π π‘π π¬ππ―π’π§π per roller and reduced the required manual handling hours to change them out.
